I spent most of today with a pretty concerning cough but aside from that and disappointing home losses by the Blue Jays and the Raptors and whatever the fuck that sundowning nitwit made a national address about, it was a pretty excellent day. I felt clear-headed. More importantly, I felt present. When I can't stay present, things don't connect. When things don't connect, I am a slave to my worst instincts.
